BOOKING WITH PLAYBYPOINT
Effective July 1, 2023, our club will be utilizing PlaybyPoint for all app and online scheduling. If you are new to this software, check out our tips below to make the activation process as smooth as possible!
PlaybyPoint app: All players can access our club’s PlaybyPoint site HERE, or download our Playbypoint app from Apple HERE. (*Until the Android app is complete, Android users will need to download the generic Playbypoint app or use the web browser version.)
How do I log in? All NEW players will need to create an account. All CURRENT players have been migrated to PlaybyPoint and set up with the following account details:
Username: Email** (**The same email that you used for Club Auto.)
Temporary Password: tennis
What if the temporary password does not work? Please click "Forgot Password" if you are unable to login with the temporary password above. Or, please give our Front Desk a call to confirm that your email address is the same address we have on file.
What do I need to do after I log in? Once logged in, we encourage you to change your password and you will need to update your payment details (instructions below.) For security purposes, your billing information was NOT automatically carried over from Club Auto. You will need to update these details upon login.
Where do I pay my membership dues? On July 1st, July membership dues will be billed in Club Auto for the last time. On August 1st and beyond, all monthly dues will be billed in Playbypoint.

How to update your payment details in PlaybyPoint:
Step 1: Click on Profile
It is important that you update your payment information so you can begin booking clinics, courts and lessons immediately upon our July 1st launch date! Once logged in, click "Profile" in the bottom right of your home screen.
Step 2: Select Payments
Under your Profile screen, scroll to the fourth option and select "Payments."
Step 3: Choose Card on File
Under the Payments screen, choose "Card on File" to add a new credit card to your profile, and you're done!
